1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For cancellation requests, please email contact@kinotis.org with your Order ID.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Sale items and customized products are non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
